My 2014 Just Do It List

2013 Goals Review

Every year I write some goals, work on them and successfully achieve some of them, in 2013 I wrote some of the goals which I achieved -

  1. Completed 90 Days daily workout challenge.
  2. Solved Rubik’s cube in less than 2 minutes best was.
  3. Completed 6 months of Pranic Healing course.
  4. Completed 30 KM walking challenge.
  5. Completed 10 KM Jogging challenge.
  6. Won her heart and got Married (It was not in my goal list anywhere until I met her, now my whole life revolves around her).
  7. Successfully started going Gym and Stick to it for 10 months till I got married.

and many other goals were there which I failed to complete like -

  1. 90 days 6 Packs challenge.
  2. Give one public speech every week (Toastmasters).
  3. Read career book daily.
  4. Improve reading speed to 1200 words per minute (So that I can read more books in less time).
  5. Learn Bangla language in 90 days.
  6. Learn Classical Bangla music.
  7. Learn Guitar in 90 days.
  8. Complete all the certifications of Digital marketing.
  9. Write one blog post daily.
  10. Start Wedding Photography.
  11. Learn how to make investment and trading.
  12. Read one book in 1 week.
  13. Meditate daily.
  14. Jog daily.
  15. Practice Pranic healing daily.

2014 Goals – My Just Do It List

This year I’m calling it Just Do It list, inspired by my cousin brother, last year I learnt two valuable lessons from my goals and its pursuit that -

  1. I can achieve anything (mostly), if I make up my mind (Set goal), plan for it (how to achieve it), Start taking action to achieve it, Keep taking actions till I achieve it (Consistent effort).
  2. Never set goals which won’t contribute to your long term goals, it would be great if you can set goals which will help you to achieve your long term goals or else it’ll only waste your time and effort.

Keeping these two learning in my mind I’m setting goals based on 4 aspects of my life and will divide them based on 4 quarters -

  1. Health
  2. Wealth
  3. Relationship
  4. Spirituality

 2014 Quarter 1 (Jan 1st – March 31st):

  1. Jogging 3 times/week
  2. Calisthenics Workout Daily
  3. Do 100 pushups every day
  4. Do 100 dips down 3 times/week
  5. Do 25 pullups 3 times/week
  6. 21 days of waking up at 4:30 AM
  7. 21 days of daily Meditation
  8. 21 days of practice daily law of attraction
  9. Visit Manang with her
  10. 12 blog posts
  11. Write [Life] Series mail 1/week
  12. Work daily for 4 hours (For daily bread)
  13. Kick start online project
  14. Find out 100 new business ideas
  15. Read 3 Spiritual and 1 Personal Development Books
  16. 10 min per day of facebook and other social networking site on weekdays
  17. Make her laugh everyday
  18. Communicate with close friends and family
  19. Complete all paper works
  20. Prepare for IELTS and get 8.5 Pointer
  21. Apply for Digital Photography Course in Canada.
  22. Help Manju (Wife) to enroll for Tourism Management Course in Canada.

Evaluate and publish report for Quarter 1 results

2014 Quarter 2 (April 1st – June 30th):

  1. Jogging 3 times/week
  2. Calisthenics Workout Daily
  3. Do 150 pushups every day
  4. Do 120 dips down 3 times/week
  5. Do 50 pullups 3 times/week
  6. 21 days of waking up at 4:30 AM
  7. 21 days of daily Meditation
  8. 21 days of practice daily law of attraction
  9. Annapurna Base Camp with her
  10. 15 blog posts
  11. Write [Life] Series mail 2/week
  12. Work daily for 4 hours (For daily bread)
  13. Take online project to next level
  14. Find out 100 new business ideas
  15. Read 3 Spiritual and 2 Personal Development Books
  16. 5 min per day of facebook and other social networking site on weekdays
  17. Make her laugh everyday
  18. Communicate with close friends and family
  19. Apply for Canada Visa

Evaluate and publish report for Quarter 1 results

2014 Quarter 3 (July 1st – Sep 30th):

  1. Jogging 3 times/week
  2. Calisthenics Workout Daily
  3. Do 300 pushups every day
  4. Do 150 dips down 3 times/week
  5. Do 75 pullups 3 times/week
  6. 21 days of waking up at 4:30 AM
  7. 21 days of daily Meditation
  8. 21 days of practice daily law of attraction
  9. 21 blog posts
  10. Write [Life] Series mail 3/week
  11. Work daily for 4 hours (For daily bread)
  12. Take online project to next level
  13. Find out 100 new business ideas
  14. Read 3 Spiritual and 2 Personal Development Books
  15. 3 min per day of facebook and other social networking site on weekdays
  16. Make her laugh everyday
  17. Communicate with close friends and family
  18. Get into Sept  batch course Digital Photography in Canada
  19. Start Living in Canada

Evaluate and publish report for Quarter 3 results 

2014 Quarter 4 (Oct 1st – Dec 31st):

  1. Jogging 3 times/week
  2. Calisthenics Workout Daily
  3. Do 500 pushups every day
  4. Do 200 dips down 3 times/week
  5. Do 100 pullups 3 times/week
  6. 21 days of waking up at 4:30 AM
  7. 21 days of daily Meditation
  8. 21 days of practice daily law of attraction
  9. 30 blog posts
  10. Write [Life] Series mail 3/week
  11. Work daily for 4 hours (For daily bread)
  12. Take online project to next level
  13. Find out 100 new business ideas
  14. Read 3 Spiritual and 3 Personal Development Books
  15. 2 min per day of facebook and other social networking site on weekdays

  18. First Sem of Digital Photography in Canada
